Aesthetic Business Smooths Away Pandemic Wrinkles!!
The Aesthetic Treatment Rooms, Benton, founded by Dr Helen Whyte BDS (Dentist) and Miss Rachel Davison RDH RDT (Dental Therapist) in October 2020 has proved an exciting venture.
To celebrate our first birthday on Friday 8th October 2021 we are hosting a VIP event at the Aesthetic Rooms, Benton clinic. This will include not only skin peel and medifacial demonstrations but also PCASkin goody bags, complementary skin care advice, prize draws and special anniversary discounts on selected treatments booked on the night.
Rachel said “Throughout the pandemic we found the general public were really suffering with their mental health. This was reinforced when using home webcams for online meetings. Poor imaging and lighting exaggerated facial features. Constantly wearing masks over prolonged periods resulted in or exacerbated skin problems such as acne and poor skin condition.”
The aesthetics clinic is located within Number 33 in North Tyne Industrial Estate and has been customised to the highest standards demanded by Helen and Rachel to enable the safe provision of medical aesthetics.
As Rachel continues, “We want our patients to feel confident about themselves by recognising not only the limitations of webcams but the importance of enhancing their own natural beauty rather than trying to become somebody different. Sometimes Webcams have shown problems with which we can help. The Aesthetic Treatment Rooms have allowed us to do this and it has followed on from our passions in dentistry of our patients finding their confidence in their smile.”
Dr Helen Whyte said “We wanted an aesthetics business which provided high standards of care. Patient safety is always at the forefront of our mind. To this end The Aesthetic Treatment Rooms have invested in top quality equipment and in order to provide the best treatment Rachel and I have travelled up and down the country being taught by the experts in different treatments. We both feel able to really take care of people and treat them safely from consultation to aftercare.”
Our first year…
The first year has been difficult. Along with other close contact services The Aesthetic Treatment Rooms were closed for several months in 2020 and 2021. Since reopening in April 2021 The Aesthetic Treatment Rooms have continued to build their treatment portfolio. Exciting plans are in the pipeline and we look forward to seeing these plans come to fruition.
From treatments for fine lines and wrinkles, skin tightening, adult acne, fat dissolving to a general refresh...these ladies have you covered. This October an exclusive VIP ‘invitation only’ event is being held to showcase the new and exciting range of aesthetic treatments.
VIP Event
As Helen explains, “On 8th October we are inviting our patients to visit the clinic and find out about the latest aesthetic treatments available and ask any questions they may have. This is also an opportunity for us to thank our patients that have supported us since our launch.”
